Turkey stresses the importance of a unified and stable Iraq. We are working with our friends and allies in the region towards this goal. Turkey maintains its sovereign to station its military forces where needed to maintain national security. We look forward to working together with regional entities, including the Iraqi Kurds to maintain peace in the region.
