- Decides that Kuwait and Israel must withdraw their recognition of Kurdistan or face a state of war Syria and the Islamic Republic of Iran
- Move three Revolutionary Guard units to Iran's Northern Border with Iraq
- Instructs its units on Iraq’s northern boarders to conduct air-raid drills. Gas masks and biological decontamination suits have also been distributed to units closest to the border.
- The Iranian Foreign Ministry has issued a travel warning to Iranian citizens in Kuwait and Northern Iraq asked such citizens to immediately return to Iran
