International Update- 2
BBC News and Haaretz are now reporting that Idan Ofer, the chairman of the Israel Corporation, recently visited Sulaimaniyah in Kurdistan in order to finalize several deals with the KRG to invest in the development of oil installations in Kirkuk as well as building refineries in conjunction with several other European and Asian partners.
